Returns and Refunds

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to current legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without having to provide any reason, within 14 days of receiving the package.
To exercise this right, the customer must communicate their wish to return the goods by email to info@gobelinhome.it, indicating the order number and the data necessary to identify the purchase.

Return Conditions

The products must be returned intact, unused and complete with original packaging , labels and accessories included.
Returns of damaged, used, or missing original parts items will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged goods during return shipping.

Reimbursement

Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 working days .
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged product or one that is different from the one ordered, please contact Customer Service promptly within 7 days of delivery , attaching a photo of the product received.
After the appropriate checks, we will replace the item or, if unavailable, proceed with a full refund.
