Terms and Conditions of Service – Gobelin Home
1. General information
This website www.gobelinhome.it (hereinafter “Site”) is owned by Gobelin Home (hereinafter “Seller”).
The use of the Site and the purchase of the products on it imply full acceptance of the following General Conditions of Sale and Use .
Users are therefore invited to read this document carefully before proceeding with any purchase.
2. Object
These Conditions govern the distance selling of home textile products offered by Gobelin Home via its Website.
Each purchase is governed by the General Conditions in force at the time the order is placed by the customer.
3. Products
The essential characteristics of the products are indicated on the Site, within each product sheet.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly reflect the actual product due to monitor settings or photographic light.
Gobelin Home is not responsible for any slight differences in color or texture.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices indicated on the Site are expressed in euros (€) , unless otherwise indicated.
Payment can be made using the methods available on the Site (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.).
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, provided that the products will be invoiced based on the price indicated at the time of order confirmation.
5. Orders
The customer's submission of an order constitutes a binding contractual proposal pursuant to art. 1326 of the Italian Civil Code.
The sales contract is considered concluded with the order confirmation by Gobelin Home, sent to the email address provided by the customer.
6. Shipping and delivery
Gobelin Home ships throughout Italy (and, where applicable, also abroad).
Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Any delays due to force majeure or the courier cannot be attributed to the Seller.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
The customer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, as indicated in the dedicated "Return Policy" section.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused and in the original packaging.
Customized products cannot be returned or refunded.
8. Responsibility
Gobelin Home cannot be held responsible for any disruptions attributable to force majeure or third parties (e.g. courier delays, website malfunctions, etc.).
The Seller is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the improper use of the purchased products.
9. Privacy and data protection
The personal data provided by the customer will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation.

10. Applicable law and competent court
These Conditions are governed by Italian law .
For any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution or validity of the sales contract, the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer shall have exclusive jurisdiction, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005.
11. Changes to the Terms
Gobelin Home reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the updated version on the Site.
The changes will apply to orders placed after they are posted.
