Shipping Times and Costs

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipments are made exclusively within Italy via selected express couriers to ensure punctuality and safety.

The average delivery time is 2–5 working days from the date of shipment.
Shipping is free for all orders of €30.00 or more; for orders under this value, a flat shipping fee of €6.90 applies.

The times indicated are purely indicative and may vary depending on the destination location and the courier's operating conditions.

Shipment Tracking

Upon shipment, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the delivery progress.

Delays or Failure to Deliver

In case of non-delivery due to an incorrect address, absent recipient, or other causes not attributable to the sender, the package may be returned.
In this case, it will be possible to request a new shipment upon payment of the relevant costs.
